PP is particularly versatile and known for its excellent processability. The standard MFI is around 10, but can be adjusted to values up to 60 and beyond if required.
We offer HDPE in various MFI ranges – from standard blow molding types with MFI ~2 to extrusion-suitable types with MFI 0-1.
Our PET comes from both Völkermarkt (granules) and PolyVert Fulda (flakes). Colors range from clear to lightly tinted (bluish or grayish). IV values range from 0.73 to 0.84, with a standard value around 0.78 to 0.80.
In addition to our main recyclates like CARULAT and CARULUX, our production yields secondary materials that can be repurposed efficiently and sustainably. These by-products are suitable for downcycling, preprocessing, or as raw materials for specialized processors.

CARULUX is our premium line for recyclates with the highest standards in color, brightness, purity, and performance. It’s aimed at companies that want to make sustainability both visible and functional – for example, in the cosmetics, household goods, or toy industries.
The materials are modifiable, easy-flowing, bright, and highly processable. They can be used in demanding applications such as injection molding, blow molding, or in compounds blended with virgin material. CARULUX also supports design-driven applications – including developments compatible with CosPaTox standards.
